Welcome to the Edge of Sweetness. As a registered nurse for 22 years and a mother of three, I long thought my passion for baking would not extend beyond my kitchen, let alone a bakery serving the best Cinnamon Rolls and bagels in Chicago!
My dad always said, “If you’re going to do something, do it right.” I have always taken this to heart. Believing each bite, each calorie should be worth it, each encounter and conversation should be special, each occasion treasured, we aim to live this truth in every action at Edge of Sweetness. Your special moments are mine, when you ship Cinnamon Rolls to someone afar just to share that comfortable feeling, host an amazing brunch for friends, or enjoy warm bagels for breakfast - we take care to make it personal.

As part of our mission to serve our community, Edge of Sweetness offers limited event space rental for your private parties and community meetings. We serve our small business community by providing a shared commercial kitchen for growing culinary businesses; a place that gives business owners an affordable option to create, make and fulfill their dreams.
